When you click "Submit Order" we verify your credit card. Your credit card will not be charged until your order is shipped. Your order will not be placed and your credit card will not be charged if you do not click "Order Now."
If you would like to cancel or change an order that you've just placed, please call 1-800-693-4862 as soon as possible. We'll do everything we can to accommodate your request, however; items that have already shipped cannot be cancelled and must be returned.

Tax is based on tax rates for your taxing jurisdiction (derived from the ship-to address being used for your order).
Tax is calculated at the unit-level, as some states offer tax exemptions and exceptions for certain apparel items. Some of the items in your order may be taxable and others may be non-taxable. Likewise, some taxable items may be taxed at a different rate than other taxable items in your order.
Tax is also applied to the shipping charges associated to the taxable items in your order. If you return an item for a refund, you will also receive a refund for the taxes you paid for that item. You will not receive a refund for the taxes you paid on the shipping of that item, as the shipping charges are nonrefundable once an item has indeed been shipped.
ClariTeeSport.com collects applicable taxes in all states except Alaska, Delaware, Montana, New Hampshire and Oregon. We are required to collect tax on shipping and handling charges in all states except Idaho, Massachusetts, New Jersey, and Oklahoma.
Please note that on-screen order totals reflect estimated tax. The actual charge to your credit card will reflect all applicable taxes calculated at the time your order is shipped.

Ship Method Procedure
5-7 Day Ground (UPS) Ships 1-2 business days after your order is placed.
3 Day Priority Ships 1-2 business days after your order is placed.
2 Day Express
Ships the same business day if order is placed before 12:00pm Pacific Standard Time.
Next Day Air Ships the same business day if order is placed before 12:00pm Pacific Standard Time.
Business days are Monday through Friday.

Selecting either 1-day or 2-day does not necessarily mean that your order will be received in one or two days. Processing and Shipping days are based on business days only. Weekends and holidays do not count as business days.
Example:
Orders placed before 12:00 PM PST on business days will process and ship the same business day. For example, an order placed on Monday at 11:00 AM PST will process and ship the same day. Next day shipping would arrive on Tuesday (assuming it is not a holiday) and Two Day Shipping will arrive on Wednesday (assuming it is not a holiday).
However, orders placed on Friday after 12:00 PM PST or orders placed Saturday, Sunday, or a holiday will not process until the next business day (usually Monday if Monday is not a holiday).

ClariTeeSport offers refunds or exchanges to products that are unopened and in sellable condition
